Background
I grew up in the UK in a small, alternative and cosmopolitan village. I spent most of my teens and twenties performing in theatre, music, and later dance. I became interested in physical culture and movement around age 14. I started going to a gym and training in various martial arts. I became a personal trainer but it never quite fit for me, so between performing I worked in cafes, restaurants and bars for many years. Training and coaching was more of a hobby for much of this time.
I moved to Switzerland in my early twenties and have spent most of my adult life living in Basel. I kept performing and searching for something else to put my energy into.
My own trauma and injuries, mostly accidents, as an adult, led me to research and experiment with training and rehab methods very extensively before discovering massage. Here I found something that crosses many interests I have. I love moving, working with the body and helping people.
